Welcome to The Saint Hotel, the newest addition to the vibrant New Orleans hospitality scene! Scheduled for a soft opening in late December, the new 166-room, 8-story boutique hotel, a $45 million renovation built within the framework of the historic landmark Audubon Building, will provide an haute bohemian and eclectic atmosphere with eccentric, edgy style sure to entice even the most sophisticated traveler.
The property’s interior décor, created by hotel owners D. Mark Wyant and Jana Wyant, will reflect a new and contemporary spirit through its furnishings while incorporating important design elements of the original exposed brick from the 1909 Audubon Building along with oversized historic black and white photographic murals of New Orleans. The hotel's ethereal design elements are sure to be a favorite among guests.
“The first time I saw the Audubon Building, I knew I had found the spot for my vision of a boutique hotel. I was focused on incorporating as much of the historic significance of the Audubon Building while creating a modern boutique hotel, creating a timeless but restful property. I’ve been told there is nothing like The Saint Hotel in New Orleans and we are very pleased with the enthusiasm we have received from the community. I am confident The Saint will become an integral part of New Orleans’ dynamic hospitality culture,” said Mark Wyant.
